First of all download a copy of our
booking form and terms and
conditions. You may also wish to have a copy of the
booking information booklet and our
latest charges.
- Please read the terms and conditions.
- Contact the
Boat Project office
to agree a date, either by phone or email. It is useful to
have some alternatives to hand. We will then make a
provisional booking for you.
- Send us your completed booking form and a 50%
deposit as soon as possible. We will then confirm your booking.
We suggest you also take a copy of the form for your records.
- Final payment is due 4 weeks before your trip.
We are unable to accept payments in cash or cheque on the boat.
Passenger Record Form Make a copy of the Passenger Record section of the
booking form and either send it to us when you know the names of
your group or bring it with you to the boat on the day of your trip
and give it to the Mate.
Remember to leave a copy with your emergency contact. Passenger Numbers
- For a cruise on the river we can accommodate a
total of 12 passengers including carers and support staff.
When the boat remains moored it depends upon the event e.g. for
School on the River a class of 30 to 35 plus staff, for a private buffet party approximately 40 people. Please contact the
office for more details.
- For a residential trip we have 4 adult size and 1 shorter
5'6"" berth plus 3 canvas pipe cots suitable for children
at the stern. At
the bow we have 2 adult size berths. The sleeping areas can be
curtained off for privacy. We also have 3 Thermarest (camping) mats and foam cushions that can be put down on
the saloon floor. The crew have their own separate
accommodation.
